Hat
vs. Barnaby has been a great success!
I am surprised with how popular it is, but I guess
people really wanted to know more about Hat and
Barnaby. The complete views and downloads statistics
for the first week’s release of
Hat
vs. Barnaby are at the end of this update.
You all have been buying
lots of stuff from my shop! I am pleased that
you like the designs, and I’m going to try
to update the shop with new items and designs
on a regular basis. I have just added a slew of
new items to my shop, including many new catch-phrases
from Hat
vs. Barnaby. Also, due to customer requests,
I have added pillows to all of the text designs.
If you have any requests for items or designs
for the shop, let me know over on the forums
and I will do my best to accommodate.
Here is a list of my new

I have finally completed
the Links
section of the web page. I added links to WoW
related machinima sites, other WoW machinima authors,
tools for the aspiring machinimator and to some
of my friends. If you believe I have forgotten
any good links, let me know over the forums.
There are only five days
left in my Oxhorn
Brand Movie Poster Contest! I have been blown
away by the submissions so far. You are all very
talented fellows! I’ve updated the contest
page so that you can see all the submissions so
far. If you have an idea for a poster for one
of my movies, you still have time to submit! Go
to the official
contest rules page to see a list of the contest
rules and the prizes.
I have added some behind-the-scenes
bonus material for Hat
vs. Barnaby. I’ve posted a link
to the
music direction I sent to Nathan before he
composed the score, which you may find interesting.
I’ve also increased the volume on the complete
bloopers for Hat
vs. Barnaby, in the MP3 player below.
A fan sent me a link to
an Oxhorn fan group on Facebook that someone made.
It looks like it hasn’t seen much activity
since September. Here is the link, in case you’d
like to join and get some activity going again:
I’m considering making
a Christmas movie this December and I am tossing
around ideas right now. I’ll have to decide
soon because I don’t have much time before
the year ends. I’d like to get a new movie
done before the year ends, because if I do, then
that means I will have completed twelve movies
this year, one for each month, and twelve is such
a nice, round number. We will see!

Hat the Singing
Turtle loves to sing, and he has many fans. There
are others, however, think that his singing is
pure rubbish. Barnaby the crab is one of them.
What is left to do when your precious singing
has been insulted by an ornery crab? Why, defend
your honor, of course. A fight of epic proportions
is sure to ensue!

My poster contest is well
under way! I have received many fantastic submissions
so far, but the contest is far from over—you
have until the end of the month to design and
submit a movie poster for the contest. You know
what I would love to see? A Hat vs. Barnaby
movie poster! Be sure to read

I’ve updated the
characters
section with four new characters, all from my
new movie. Be sure to check it out! Scroll to
the bottom to find the new characters.
I’ve also added the
complete blooper reel from my new movie to the
MP3 player below, which contains two additional
minutes of bloopers which I didn’t have
time to place in the movie. It is entitled, “Hat
vs. Barnaby Blooper Reel”. You might have
to scroll a bit to find it.

worked hard on this movie and I am exhausted.

I finished all
the editing for my new movie!
Nathan
Pinard is composing the sound track for me,
which will take the remainder of the week. If
all goes according to plan, I will release my
movie next Monday. Mark your calendars! Note the
moon phases! Make ready your tide charts!
It has been one week since
I announced my movie poster contest, and already
I have received numerous great submissions. The
deadline is the end of the month, so if you would
like to participate in the contest by making a
poster for any of my movies, there is plenty of

Oxhorn
Brand Movie Poster Contest!
This contest will last
all through November, and the winner will be announced
December 1st. Design a movie poster based on any
of my movies and submit it! You can enter as many
times as you like. The winner will have his poster
printed out on 23” x 35” poster paper
and sent to him, and he will also be able to choose
any one item from my shop,
excluding framed pictures. Check out the Movie

My new movie is coming
along well! I just finished rendering scene 3
of 4, and it was a very fun scene to do. I can’t
wait to see how everyone likes it. It will probably
take me all this week to finish the fourth scene,
and then I’ll send it to Nathan
to compose the music. If everything goes according
to plan, I will be able to release it Monday,
November 19th.
